Minnesota Adult Use THC Products, what are they?

Updated: Aug 5, 2022

What? You can now get THC edibles in Minnesota? They aren't as strong as other recreational states? 50 mg that's not enough for me...

These are some of the things being talked about in Minnesota right now. Because we have been in the hemp industry we get a early jump on things when it came to Adult Use THC Products. The 5 mg legal serving size allows us as a hemp company to stay USDA complaint with in the the hemp guidelines of no more the .3% total t#c by dry weight. The new guidelines and laws in Minnesota give us frame work to build products on, this is something that wasn't an option before, when it came to food and drink. What about the CBD gummies I’ve been eating for the past 2 years? Well technically they were not legal and that is why we decided as company to only make topical hemp products. Minnesota opened a door into legally selling t#c products, that is legal on a federal level and state. This in its self, is historic to say the least. The new bill allows CBD and THC to be put into food and drink in Minnesota. 50 mg per package and no more the 5mg per serving. This is about half of what other states use, but it is more then enough for 99% of the people consuming the products. Adults in Minnesota now have a safe legal option to replace Alcohol and other harmful extra circular activities. Time to relax Minnesota!

I purchased my first package of the THC gummies a few weeks ago. My main goal in purchasing was to be able to find relaxation and be able to sleep at night. I started with one the first night and didn't notice any difference so the next I tried two. Still, I didn't seem to notice much if any difference at all. I am completely new to this scene so I have no idea how many I can or should take. I must say, these taste absolutely amazing. Any recommendations would be very appreciated.

Thank you.

While THC edibles are a popular way to consume THC it's important to note that they don't always work for everyone. This is because several factors can affect the way your body processes and reacts to edibles.

One reason why edibles may not work for everyone is the way they are metabolized. Unlike smoking or vaping, which deliver THC directly into the bloodstream through the lungs, edibles have to go through the digestive system, which can slow down the absorption process. This means that it may take longer for the effects of an edible to kick in, and some people may not feel anything at all.
