Shipping & Handling

We currently are offering flat-rate shipping through the USPS First Class mail through out the United States! We package our product in padded envelopes or boxes based on quantity in the order(3 or more will usually be shipped in a box).  Any order with a total over $75 will include free shipping! We are currently unable to offer international shipping however this is something we are actively perusing so stay tuned!

Orders placed before 2PM(US Central Time) should ship the same day, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and processing. If you still have not received your package please reach out to our customer support!

Winter Weather: Due to the sub-zero temperatures throughout the winter in our operating areas it is possible you may receive your balm and it will be frozen. We recomend letting the product warm up for about an hour before first use. If your product arrives damaged as a result please contact us so we can get you a new one!
